Hoping to take a CUSA seat for the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences is Kaisha Thompson, a second-year combined honours political science and Canadian studies student.

Thompson said she is seeking election in order to have a voice within student government and to have the opportunity to be responsible for improvements to the school.

She said she considers herself to be a strong candidate based on her assertiveness, and outgoing personality. 

Thompson said she believes that being an easy person to talk to also contributes to her strength as a candidate.
